No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once a purchase has been made and delivered, it is considered final.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to offer a replacement under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:
    • You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    • The product(s) must be returned to us in the original packaging and in an unused, unopened condition.
  2. Process:
    • Please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product(s) in question.
    • After reviewing your request, we will confirm the next steps to initiate the replacement process.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • The cost of returning the product(s) to us will be borne by the customer.
    • Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will promptly ship out the replacement.

Please note, replacements will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected by our team.
